The United Center unveiled a new renovation plan to the top level and concourse, adding new concession stands and corner bars. The 300 level will now be known as the Madhouse on Madison.
Fans are being brought back to the glory years of the Chicago Stadium, which bore the same nickname as the newly renovated 300 level. The additions will reduce seating capacity for both the Blackhawks (19,717 down from 20,500) and the Chicago Bulls (20,917 down from 21,711).
Here are some previews of the renovations, courtesy of ChicagoBlackhawks.com.
