Champs For Charity Game

It looks like the players that are hanging around during the lockout are getting restless and for a good cause.  Former Blackhawk Adam Burish is putting together a “Champs for Charity” game which is almost a 2010 Stanley Cup reunion game that will be held at Allstate Arena on October 26th if the lockout is still in tact.

Current Blackhawks Jonathan Toews, Patrick Sharp, and Dave Bolland have already committed to play in this game. Lots of former Hawks like Burish and Andrew Ladd will also be playing in the event, but the best part of the Champs for Charity Game is that the proceeds will be going to the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Chicagoland! So the fans will get to see hockey, see their favorite players, and help out a great cause!

Tickets go on sale at Ticketmaster tomorrow at 5pm.  If for some reason the lockout is lifted (fingers crossed) and training camps are taking place, the game will not be played.

End the Lockout!!
