Justin Williams of the LA Kings ties the game with less than a minute left to force overtime, only to have Jonathan Quick make one of the worst plays ever while on the power play to allow Alexander Steen to knock in the game winner for the Blues.

Anaheim Ducks-3 Detroit Red Wings-1 (Ducks lead the series 1-0)

The Ducks scored twice in the third period to break open a tie game with goals from Teemu Selanne and Francois Beauchemin with Jonas Hiller providing the strong effort in net  for the Ducks.
