When these announcements hit the world of Twitter the reactions started rolling in pretty fast so here is a couple fans reaction via Twitter.

There were more unprintable reactions that were more upset about the ticket hike.  We are not even four months removed from the NHL lockout, but the Hawks are striking while the iron his proverbially hot with ratings at records high and sellouts nightly and a great product on the ice.  There was this one nugget for anyone thinking of walking away from their season tickets.
