Last Night’s Playoff Action

Boston Bruins-2 New York Rangers-1 (Bruins lead series 3-0)

Taylor Pyatt gave the Ranagers the lead at home going into the third period but it was enough as the Bruins score twice including the Daniel Paille winner to take a commanding 3-0 lead in the series.

San Jose Sharks-2 Los Angeles Kings-1 (series tied 2-2)

Logan Couture power play goal in the second period provides the difference as the Sharks even the series with two straight home wins.  Antti Niemi makes 22 saves to help preserve the victory.

Pittsburgh Penguins at Ottawa Senators (Penguins lead series 2-1)
