Free Agency has begun and here are the first moves of today.

-Ray Emery leaves for the Philadelphia Flyers. So much for those 3 year 4.5 million dollar rumors! There will be a new backup goalie next season!

-As expected Viktor Stalberg is leaving the Blackhawks and he might end up being the most talented offensive player on the Nashville Predators.

-The Blackhawks have re-signed both Michal Rozsival  and Michal Handzus. Rozsival gets a 2 year contract while Handzus gets a one year deal.

We will have more updates as they become available here on Blackhawkup.com and on Twitter @Blackhawk_Up
