Any guy who can essentially get his most of his front teeth shattered, and return to finish a game and a series is going to make most lists regarding popularity in hockey. Keith has been one of the most consistent performers for the team and combines skill and grit that any hockey fan can appreciate. Hopefully he stays put for quite some time and never ends up in Detroit like another former Blackhawks defenseman.

Now I know what you’re thinking. Wayne was much better at hockey than Garth and his fight scene in Wayne’s World 2 would prove how athletic Wayne Campbell can be. Either way, both of these Blackhawk enthusiasts are more than worthy to be on this list as their love for Stan Mikita’s donuts and the hometown team helped show the entire country the level of dedication  that even the goofiest of ‘Hawks fans can muster.

6. Ed Belfour

The only goalie on this list, Belfour was arguably the face of the franchise during the early 1990′s. He helped lead the team to the Stanley Cup finals and continued to be one of the league’s top netminders up until the end of his tenure with the team. The real reason he is on this list… The eagle mask!

Ummm, Gordie Howe is STILL WITH US! I guess that’s what happens when you hand the keys over to a Glee/Mayer afficianado!?!?
