Andrew Shaw Signs a Two Year Extension with the Chicago Blackhawks

The Chicago Blackhawks and Andrew Shaw have agreed on a 2-year contract extension, on Tuesday morning.  This new contract ensures that Shaw will be a member of the Blackhawks(barring a trade) at least through the 2015-2016 NHL season.

Shaw has definitely earned this extension with his gritty play and versatility.  His personality has made him a fan favorite and also adds some colorful character, to the Hawks’ roster.
