24. Nashville Predators 23-22-8: The Predators have been on the trade front. Last week they Preds traded for Devan Dubnyk. This week they traded Kevin Klein for Michael Del Zotto of the Rangers. Del Zotto was the number 20 pick in the 2008 draft.

23. Washington Capitals 23-21-8: With the Cap going young and inexperienced at goalie and defenseman, should the Capitals trade Mike Green? Green has 5 goals and 22 assists on the season. Alex Ovechkin has 36 goals and 15 assists on the season.

22: Ottawa Senators 22-20-10: The Senators are 5-2-3 in their last ten games. Craig Anderson needs a night off everyone once in a while. The Senators last game they turned to Robin Lehner. Lehner let the Senators down yielding five goals in the loss. Maybe Anderson shouldn’t take a night off?

21. Carolina Hurricanes 23-19-9: The Hurricanes have won three in a row. The Hurricanes have been up and down team. They had 144:46 scoreless streak earlier in the year. Things have changed, they have earned 18 out of 24 points in their last 21 games. Eric Staal, Jordan Staal, and Justin Faulk deserve credit for the Hurricanes resurgence.

20: New Jersey Devils 22-19-11: The Devils are lead by two all time greats. Jaromir Jagr continues to move up the all time list. Jagr tied Mario Lemieux for 10th all time in assists. Jagr has also replaced Gordie Howe with the most game winning goals scored all time. Martin Brodeur was named the Devils starter for their Stadium Series game at Yankee Stadium.
