Chicago Blackhawks Vs Colorado Avalanche: TV Listings, Predictions, & More

Every year there are nemesis and this year the Colorado Avalanche have become one for the Blackhawks.  The Avs currently sit one point behind the Blackhawks in the Central Division and so this game will have huge implications int the standings with only 17 games left.  Home ice advantage could be on the line with the result of tonight’s game which makes Joel Quenneville’s decision to start Antti Raanta even more questionable.  Quenneville never likes messing with a good thing and with the Hawks winning Sunday night it made for a strange choice to start Raanta after Corey Crawford has started 10 straight games.  Rannta has the only win against the Avs this year so I guess the Quenneville’s decision makes some sense.

Here is tonight’ viewing info:

Game Time: 8:30pm

TV: CSN- Chicago

Radio: WGN Radio or WGN Radio App

Last Games Prediction-  I had  Bickell scoring on his birthday scoring, but that didn’t happen but I did predict a Patrick Kane goal

Tonight’s prediction- The Blackhawks will arrive in Colorado and play a solid defensive game against Raanta.  Brandon Saad will set up one Jonathan Toews goal and the Blackhawks win a tight fought 3-2 contest.
