Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!  Oh wait, never mind.  There doesn’t appear to be much snow in the Chicago forecast this Christmas.  But it is that time of year.  This is when all the good little boys and girls write Santa and tell him what they want for Christmas.  Yesterday, we discussed what Chicago Blackhawk’s fans want for Christmas .  But today we have a special treat!  We here at Blackhawk Up have spies everywhere, and this year we got really lucky!  We were able to intercept the Chicago Blackhawk’s Christmas wish list before it was sent off to the North Pole.  Here’s a peek at what our boys of winter are hoping for this year!

Jonathan Toews-I have a confession to make.  Being a goon is kinda fun.  Maybe you could give me some invisible boxing gloves so I can get in a few more fights and not hurt myself.

Marian Hossa-I’m doing pretty good off that elixir from last year that keeps me young and strong.  This year, letting one of my breakaways go in would do the trick.

Teuvo Teravainen-I was wondering if you could grant me some facial hair come playoff time…

Artemi Panarin-For Christmas I would like lots and lots of bread!

Artem Anisimov-Things are going pretty well here in Chicago.  But if you have a magic potion to help me win faceoffs that would be a big help.

Patrick Kane-Well the streak is over and it was fun while it lasted.  But I know my work isn’t done.  This year I’m asking to get the most points in the league!

Bryan Bickell-It’s been a tough year Santa.  But I’m back in the NHL and I’m working on staying.  Lighting the lamp sure would help my cause.

Dennis Rasmussen-Could you give Bicksie a goal so I don’t have to feel so bad about the one I took from him?

Andrew Desjardins-My old team the San Jose Sharks are coming to town this weekend.  Since my only goal this year came against them, let’s make it two!

Andrew Shaw-Hi Santa!  You may have noticed I’ve been growing my hair out.  Could I have some of that special hair product to make my new locks look shiny and pretty?

Marcus Kruger-You know I don’t ask for much.  But a speedy recovery would be great!

Ryan Garbutt-I have one simple wish, and that’s a permanent spot in the lineup.  It doesn’t matter what line, what side, or what role.  I’ll do it!

Brandon Mashinter– I’d like a shiny new display case for the puck from my first NHL goal!

Phillip Danault-Hey Santa.  I just got here on time to get on the list!  Well I’m sure you can guess what I want.  To stay up here in the big leagues!

More from Blackhawks News

Corey Crawford-Ok, OK.  I won’t go to that concert I was going to sneak out to, so long as I can keep up my caliber of play.

Scott Darling– It’s a wonderful life!  Every day I can spend in the NHL and playing for the Chicago Blackhawks would be greatly appreciated.  Oh, and Baby TT is welcome to some of my beard if he’s asking for hair.

Niklas Hjalmarsson-Oh Santa, my body is getting beaten up from blocking all these shots!  Do you have any anti-bruising cream?

Brent Seabrook-I could really use a stick that doesn’t break every time I try to shoot.

David Rundblad-I see what you’re up to by sending the old man from Pittsburgh!  Between him and Rozy, I’ll get more time on the third defensive pairing.  I promise I’m going to prove myself!

Michal Rozsival-Thanks for the early Christmas present!  I asked for someone older than me so I could look good, but someone slower than me will do just fine.

Rob Scuderi-How about some wheels for my skates, to make me faster.  I need all the help I can get over here in this Western Division!

Trevor van Riemsdyk-If I can have an injury free year, I’ll never stop smiling again!

Duncan Keith-Being a cyborg, I’ve pretty much got everything I need.  I’ll make you a deal.  You can have as many of my teeth as you want so long as we can win another Cup!

Well there you have it!  The Chicago Blackhawks have lots of great requests this year.  Let’s hope Santa grants all their wishes and more!
