Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! When looking at the Chicago Blackhawks schedule for the rest of the month, it sure is packed with a bunch of clubs fighting for playoff spots and positions.  The Chicago Blackhawks are currently in a tie for first place with the Dallas Stars with the St. Louis Blues breathing down their collective necks.

Next up for the Chicago Blackhawks is the hated St. Louis Blues who have been as hot as anybody outside of the Anaheim Ducks in the Western Conference, and when they meet up in the City of the Arch on Wednesday the battle will be for first place.  The Chicago Blackhawks follow up that battle with another divisional foe in the Dallas Stars in Big D.

The Chicago Blackhawks haven’t placed a big importance in winning the division during past years, but this team is a newly formed version of the Hawks that still has it’s core.  The problem is this version struggles on the road, and getting home ice throughout the first two rounds would be a nice feather in the cap while the Hawks are trying to repeat as Stanley Cup Champs.

We are still a day away from the big Central Division show down in St. Louis, but while we wait we have these morning links to kick off your Tuesday morning.
