Dave Bolland had his healthiest season in four seasons last night and here is his summer grade from last season.  Bolland should be excited for the upcoming shortened season for its the playoffs when he shines.  During the regular season Bolland gets lost or seems uninterested but maybe this year will be different.  He was and always has been very effective on special teams which after last season will be a point of disgust for Hawks fans if the power play stocked with offensive talent continues to struggle.

Bolland has 2nd line center ability but it has never turned into fruition during the regular season. At his best, Bolland is a huge nuisance to the oppositions best scoring line, while maintaining the ability to put goals on the score sheet. He was at his best during the Hawks 2010 Stanley Cup run which makes his disinterested play during the regular season hard to watch and understand  Bolland  could benefit the most from the shortened season with the apparent boredom that an 82 game season seems to give him.

Bolland over/under preview prediction is 10 goals 14 assists.  What is your over/under predictions for Bolland?
