While all Chicago Blackhawks fans are celebrating the fast start by their favorite team, people that stocked up their fantasy rosters with Chicago Blackhawks players are getting great production from the stars. Jonathan Toews has moved up in the fantasy rankings from 8th to 7th in overall player rankings.
Marian Hossa which has always been a solid fantasy player but was downgraded prior to the start of the season due to the questions of his health. If you bought Hossa low then you are reaping great rewards by Hossa’s hot start to the season. In the overall rankings Hossa has moved up three spots from 14 to 11.
The biggest offensive mover on the roster has been Patrick Kane. His play overseas has definitely carried over to the start of the season. Kane looks like a man on a mission and he is scoring like his old self. He moved up 5 spots in the overall fantasy rankings from 20 to 15.
The top spots are full of the usual suspects but the only other fantasy investment that has paid off better than the Blackhawks star has been the Sharks top line of Patrick Marleau, Joe Thornton, and Joe Pavelski. For more of the top 100 fantasy listings click here.
