The Chicago Blackhawks made a roster move today sending Brandon Bollig back to the Rockford Ice Hogs and activated Steve Montador.  Montador who has been out since last season after suffering concussion like symptoms  twice last season with the last time he was on the ice was March 27, 2012.  Last season Montador had 5 goals and 9 assists and a -4 rating.  It will be interesting to see where he fits in the rotation for Joel Quenneville.  Montador will not be active Wednesday night but could possibly be on the ice Friday night in Colorado.

Bollig is one of two Blackhawks (Brookbank) not to register a point so far this season while collecting 40 penalty minutes.  It says something on how Coach Q is feeling about the Hawks roster right now that he is sending down his one true fighter to the minors.
