Down On The Farm- Prospects Moving On Up

Two Blackhawks prospects are now moving up to the Rockford Ice Hogs.
Phillip Danault (1st round pick 26th overall 2011)who could be the highest ranked prospect in the system scored 23 goals and 62 assists in junior hockey this season. Danault has been featured twice on ChicagoBlackhawks.com for his play this season and now will get his shot with the Hawks Rockford franchise.
Also getting the call up is Mark McNeil (1st round pick 18ty overall 2011) who scored 25 goals and 42 assists for his junior team. He played for seven games for Rockford last year without appearing on the scoresheet. McNeil name along with Jeremy Morin has appeared the most when the Hawks trade prospects are named in deals.
Both players will get their shot to show off their skills in Rockford after very good seasons in the juniors.
