With the acquisition of Michal Handzus, a roster space needed to be created and the odd man out was Brandon Bollig. Bollig was sent back to the Rockford Ice Hogs. Bollig in 17 games this season has 0 goals 0 assists a +1 rating and 47 penalty minutes.
Bollig has been a scratch or very quiet on the fourth line for the past couple weeks so getting to Rockford and getting some ice time may be good for Bollig.
What do you think? Should Bollig be the Hawks player heading to Rockford?
