New York Rangers-4 Washington Capitals-3
Derek Stepan scored with less than 7 minutes left in the third period to break a 3-3 tie and help the Rangers close the series lead by the Capitals to 2-1.
Boston Bruins-5 Toronto Maple Leafs-2 (Boston leads series 2-1)
The first playoff game in Toronto since 2004 ended with a Boston Bruins win and them leaving Maple Leaf Square with a series lead.

Pavel Datsyuk tied the game late in the third period and Damien Brunner scored the 2nd Detroit OT winner this series to tie the series as it heads back to Anaheim.

With the Blues leading in the third period, the Kings get goals from Anze Kopitar and Justin Williams to take Game #4 and tie the series as it heads back to St Louis
