Bryan Bickell has been one of the best Chicago Blackhawks throughout the first two rounds of the playoffs, and in Game #5 he had two highlight reel plays for the Hawks. First Bickell helped relieve the tension in the United Center when he scored the first goal of the game and in the process broke the goal cam.

When Bickell is at his best for the Hawks he is throwing his body around and creating time and space for his teammates. In game #5 Bickell got the best of Niklas Kronwall and put a great hit on the Detroit hit man.

One question is which play did you like best, but the real question is how much has this season and the playoffs cost the Blackhawks.  One thing to think about is that Bickell has been playing for his next contract, but after getting benched in the middle of last season Bickell has been a different player and a member of the #3 line that was extremely productive for the Hawks all season long. What do you think about Bickell’s highlights and what do you think of his future with the Hawks?
