After a lifetime of playing sports one thing I truly disliked was Practice, but loved the games. One thing each coach I played for preached at every practice was perfect practice makes perfect.
The biggest storyline Wednesday morning will be Viktor Stalberg and Brandon Bollig and who will be skating on the 4th line. Some think that it was just practice on Tuesday that Stalberg was sent to the dreaded 5th line. If there is one thing to look for it will be who is wearing white and who is with the starters when the Hawks take the ice this morning.
Don’t expect a perfect practice Wednesday morning but if you want to check out your Chicago Blackhawks morning skate before Game #1 of the Stanley Cup Finals tune in to Morning Skate Live. The practice and broadcast start at 10:30 am Wednesday morning.
Troy Murray and John Wiedeman will be your hosts and you can watch the Hawks practice on different channels from Comcast Sportsnet to any ChicagoBlackhawks.com or any Official Blackhawks apps.
This is only the third time in my lifetime the Hawks have made the Stanley Cup finals so if your like me any coverage is great coverage heading into Wednesday night’s Game #1!
Enjoy the practice!
