It’s amazing that Jonathan Toews has been pretty much shut down for the entire 2013 Stanley Cup playoffs.  He did rise to the occasion in Game #5 of the Detroit Red Wings series with a goal that most would have thought would propel him to an offensive explosion that hasn’t happened.

Going into a crucial game #3 which there are many names to choose from that need to bring it tonight so that the Hawks don’t dig themselves a 2-1 series deficit.

My choice is the Captain.  Yes the Andrew Shaw’s and Bryan Bickell’s have carried more weight than normal, but tonight when the lights are the brightest the Captain needs to bring an A game to Boston so the Hawks can leave the arena tonight with a 2-1 lead.  Toews is everything to the team and what the teams really needs tonight is a lift and some pucks in the net by the way of #19.

Who do you think needs to be the #1 Star tonight for a Hawks road win in the Stanley Cup Finals?
