Dave Bolland leaves Chicago as a two-time Stanley Cup Champion and will always be in Chicago sports highlights after scoring the game winning goal in the greatest 17 seconds in Chicago sports history.

The Blackhawks in exchange for Bolland get the Toronto Maple Leaf’s 2013 pick numbers 51, 117 and a 2014 4th round pick.

Bolland was known to be on the trading block because his $3.2 million contract, and now he heads home to Toronto.  Bolland was always a playoff gamer for the Blackhawks but he never could stay healthy and now when the Hawks need dollar amounts for their restricted and unrestricted free agents headlined by Bryan Bickell, Bolland became expendable.

Bolland was always a fan favorite and we will always have this to remember him by.

Good Luck Dave Bolland in Toronto!
