#55- Currently Ryan Stanton is assigned this jersey number.  Stanton has played in one NHL game which was the season finale against the St. Louis Blues. Stanton recently signed a 2 year deal for $550,000 a season.

Eric Daze-1995-2006 Daze played his entire career with the Blackhawks playing in 601 games with  226 goals and collecting 172 assists.  He played in 37 playoff games scoring 5 goals and 7 assists.  Daze is tied for 7th all-time in Blackhawks career hat tricks with 6 along with Al Secord, Jeremy Roenick, and Tony Amonte.  Daze was the 2002 NHL All-Star MVP becoming the first Blackhawk to win the award since Bobby Hull in 1971.  It’s hard to believe his injury plagued career last 12 seasons but he did play most of his career during the Blackhawks dark ages. Daze was picked in the 4th round in 1993 with the Hawks picking up this draft slot in the Dominik Hasek trade in 1992.


Ben Eager

-2008-2010 Eager played 152 regular season games for the Blackhawks scoring 18 goals 23 assists and 309 penalty minutes while playing on the Hawks fourth line. Eager played in 35 playoff games in the 09 and 10 playoffs scoring 2 goals 3 assists and piling up 81 penalty minutes.  Eager scored the game winning goal in Game #2 of the Stanley Cup Finals. The goal was 28 seconds after

#55 All-Time on Blackhawks Point List- Brent Sutter  Sutter played 417 games for the Blackhawks from 1992-1998 scoring 76 goals and dishing out 143 assists and a +46 rating. Sutter won his Cups with the New York Islanders but couldn’t help the Blackhawks overcome Super Mario and  Jaromir Jagr in the 1992 Finals.
