The Chicago Blackhawks season starts in 5 days, so it’s a great time to look forward to the Blackhawks offense and who will be the leader in points at the end of the season. The first thought in leading the team in points has to be Patrick Kane. Since he’s first worn the Blackhawks sweater he has been in the Top 4 every year but one which happened to be a failed attempt at the center position.

The second choice is the Captain who has led the team in points once during his Hawks career. In 2011-2012 Toews was on pace to have his best point total season ever until his unfortunate concussion which cost him the final 23 games of the season.  Patrick Sharp has led the team once in points during his career with Chicago, and you would have to believe he is highly motivated to have a great regular season after his injury filled 2013 regular season.

Bryan Bickell has never been a huge scorer with the Blackhawks, but he will have his shot on the #1 line in one of the best offenses in the league.  Bickell has a big contract and expectations, hopefully he will continue to grow into one of the best power forwards in the NHL for the Hawks in 2013-2014.  Marian Hossa has been sidelined this preseason, but he’s one of the most consistent scorers in the NHL and has led the Hawks in scoring once since he signed as a free agent in 2009.

Who do you think will lead the Blackhawks in scoring this season? Last season Stalberg was our wild card pick, this season’s Wild card pick has to be Brandon Saad who only had a couple of weeks of center experiment before shifting back to wing.

Here is the poll, Please let us know who you think will lead the Hawks in scoring!
