The Blackhawks have already seen the Florida Panthers this season and it ended with a shootout victory for the Blackhawks, but the only story tonight will be the trade that took place between these two teams last month.  Jimmy Hayes and Dylan Olsen have settled in at their new South Beach address picking 4 goals and 4 assists since arriving including Olsen’s first career NHL goal. Since Kris Versteeg has arrived back in Chicago he’s scored 2 goals and 5 assists so the trade is pretty even so far.

Last Games Prediction– I had Brandon Saad scoring in a 4-2 win, but that’s not how it went down Friday night at the United Center in the Hawks shootout loss.

Tonight’s Prediction– Kris Versteeg will score tonight and with and with Andrew Shaw back in the lineup the Hawks offense will be back in full swing in a 5-2 win in front of the home crowd.
