Tonight at the United Center, Patrick Kane will play his 500th game in a Chicago Blackhawks uniform! What a great ride for #88 in what seems like such a short time since he was the first pick of the NHL draft in 2007.
Kane along with his counterpart Jonathan Toews has brought this franchise out of the dark ages and right on to the brink of a dynasty. Kane won the Calder Trophy as a rookie, 2 Stanley Cups before turning 25 and just for fun a Conn Smythe Trophy for being the MVP of the 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Kane has had some super highlights to go along with his 173 goals and 310 assist. Kane is only 17 points away from becoming only the 14th Blackhawk in team history to surpass the 500 point plateau. Kane during the playoffs has scored 29 goals and 42 assists while hoisting 2 Stanley Cups.
Here are some of those highlights throughout the years.
A huge goal to tie the Predators in 2010!
The greatest goal in Blackhawks history to end a 49 year end drought!
Hat Trick and a trip to the Stanley Cup Finals in one goal!
Congrats Kaner! Here’s to the next 500 great games in a Blackhawks Uniform!!!
