Patrick Kane will be the sole representative of the Chicago Blackhawks on Team USA during the Olympics in Sochi. The U.S. will expect him to be the playmaker that he is with the Blackhawks and set up America’s talented goal scorers. The nice thing about Kane is that he’s pretty talented goal scorer himself. He has 27 goals and 36 assists (63 pts) in the 59 games that he’s played for the Blackhawks this season. Kane has taken the second most shots on the team with 195 (Patrick Sharp has 231).

In the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, Canada, Kane scored 2 goals and 3 assists in 7 games. Both goals and two of the assists game in the last two games of the tournament. Since then, he has matured and improved as a player, twice a Stanley Cup Champion and MVP of the 2013 playoffs.

Patrick Kane’s over/under is set at 3 goals and 4 assists for the tournament in Sochi.

What do you think? Is Kane’s over/under set too high?
