Winnipeg Jets: Neutral

Well, the Jets didn’t make any moves, which speaks volumes about how the front-office feels about, head coach Paul Maurice, and his 11-3-2 run, with the Jets, since he took over, on January 12th, catapulting Winnipeg back into the Western Conference playoff conversation.  Had the Jets continued their course, before Maurice took over, it would have been likely for them to part ways with members of their core.  However, hockey is crazy, sometimes, and now the Jets are on fire.

Although they didn’t make any moves to bolster their roster, for the playoff push, they didn’t make any irresponsible moves that could be detrimental to their future rosters, either.

Sometimes standing pat, and not trying to interfere with a good thing is the best course of action.
