The Chicago Blackhawks take on the Nashville Predators and will be looking for some revenge for the defeat that the Preds handed them a week ago at the United Center.  The Preds did what they usually do keep the puck out of the net no matter how much the Blackhawks dominated, they finally got the Hawks playing their style and in the end lulled them to sleep and in the end a Predator victory.

Let’s be honest, this is the most boring team to play in the NHL because coach Barry Trotz knows the only way for his team to beat the Hawks is to slow the game down to an extremely slow pace.  The way for the Hawks to get the pace moving in their direction is to get a puck or two past Pekka Rinne early in the first period.

Last Game Prediction– I picked Morin to score in a 3-1 win,  The 3 goals for the Hawks was perfect and that is where my good predictions came to a quick end.

Tonight’s Prediction– The Hawks need this win to keep up with the St. Louis Blues and to keep their cushion over the Colorado Avalanche for the #2 seed in the playoffs, so look for the Hawks to grind out another win tonight at the United Center 4-2 with Marian Hossa and Morin picking up goals in the victory.
