It’s Teuvo Time and yet this game has a lot more playoff implications than a premiere of a 19 year old sensation. The Dallas Stars are walking the line in playoff contention one day they are the 8th seed the next they are on the outside looking in. The Stars really need this game more than the Hawks do although a win tonight means the Hawks at worst maintain their cushion for the #2 seed over the Colorado Avalanche.
The Hawks and Stars have played some entertaining games so far this season with the Hawks holding the edge 3-1-0 with Antoine Roussel becoming a real bothersome opponent! The Hawks will be introducing Teuvo so the real question after when will he play is what to expect.
Last Game Prediction– Seeing I had the Hawks winning 4-2 and they got shut out I’m pretty sure all predictions were as wrong as possible.
Tonight’s Prediction– The Blackhawks offense usually lights up when it see Stars on the opposing team jersey so look for more pucks in the net then we have grown accustomed to the past 10 games which hasn’t been al lot (2.9 goals per game) The Hawks strike early and often in a 5-2 win with Brandon Saad scoring his first goal in a while.
Teuvo Prediction– Teuvo will play well and will impress while grabbing one assist in his NHL premiere!
