14. Phoenix Coyotes 36-27-12: The Coyotes are clinging to the last spot in the west. They are 6-3-1 in their last ten games.  They have seven games left and every point counts for the Coyotes.  They have four games against quality teams.  They will have to do all of this without their starting goalie Mike Smith. Smith will be out one to two weeks with a lower body injury.

13. The Philadelphia Flyers 39-27-7: My apologies to the Flyers faithful last week. I should have ranked the Flyers higher in the rankings. The Flyers had lost two in a row and had only scored two goals in their previous two games. The Flyers snapped their losing streak by defeating the Maple Leafs. In their last ten games they are 6-3-1 and currently scheduled to face off against the New York Rangers.

12.  NY Rangers 41-30-4: The Rangers were on hot streak winning five in a row last week. The Flames snapped the streak. The Rangers are 6-4-0 in their last ten games. The veterans have helped the Rangers  get into the playoff hunt this season. Brad Richards has 18 goals and 31 assists this season.

11. Minnesota Wild 38-26-11: The Wild are 4-4-2 in their last ten games and are currently slated to take on Anaheim in the first round of the playoffs. The Wild could be catching the Ducks at the right time as they have struggled in the second half of the regular season. The Wild are were 1-2 against the Ducks this season.
