St. Louis Blues on Sunday, April 6 (at home)

These archrivals (no pun intended) will be looking for revenge after the last meeting where the Hawks shut out the St. Louis Blues 4-0 at the United Center a mere two weeks ago. This will be another home game for the Hawks, and hopefully one with a similar if not quite same outcome as the last game. Even though the Blues are holding steady with a top spot in the Central Division and second in the league overall, they are showing signs of weakness and possibly having peaked too soon. Yesterday’s game against the Philadelphia Flyers went all the way to a shootout, where T.J. Oshie beat Ray “Razor” Emery to grab the extra point. In the game before that, they fell to the Dallas Stars 4-2, and are 4-3 in the last 7 games. Although Blues fans make a big stink about winning 3 out of the 4 match ups against the Hawks this season, it’s time to remind them (and ourselves) who the incumbent Stanley Cup Champions are.
