Andrew Shaw Will Not Return To Game #1 Against The Wild

By Keith Schultz

Apr 27, 2014; Chicago, IL, USA; Chicago Blackhawks center Andrew Shaw (left) and defenseman Duncan Keith (right) celebrate Keith

Andrew Shaw was doing his normal things like taking a terrible penalty in the first period which the Blackhawks were able to successfully defend. Later in the first period Shaw got caught by Clayton Stoner on the boards and his head slammed into the boards and when Shaw got up he seemed to be limping.

Shaw headed to the locker room and didn’t return during the period or at the beginning of the second period before the announcement came out that Shaw was done for the night.  If there are any other updates we will have them for you but for now it’s Shaw is out for the game after getting hit by Stoner. Here is the link to see the hit on Shaw that ended his night.
