While we are waiting for the Western Conference Finals to begin there is some great hockey left to be played this week starting with the Montreal Canadiens facing the Boston Bruins in a huge Game #7 winner take all matchup from Boston.

If you like history and Original 6 matchups this is a great game for you to watch with tonight’s Game #7 being the 9th time in this long rivalry that the Habs and Bruins will face a Game #7 matchup and the 6th time in the last 9 times that the series between these two franchises has gone the distance.

The story for the Habs has been P.K. Subban from scoring overtime winners to getting squirted in the face with water. Subban will need to take over the action for the Canadiens on offense while Olympic Gold winning Carey Price has been great in net for the Habs.

The Bruins have forced their will on the Habs in their 3 wins including a huge comeback in Game #2 when it looked like the Habs were going to take a 2-0 lead. Tuukka Rask has been just as good as Price in the Bruins net while Patrice Bergeron always seems to come up huge in these types of big games for Boston.  The Bruins need their depth especially on the bottom two lines to come up big in Beantown tonight.

Here are the listings for tonight’s contest.

Game Time: 6:00pm Central Time (7pm Eastern)

TV Listings: NBCSN

Live Streaming: NBC Live Extra
