Here we go again! The Chicago Blackhawks and Los Angeles Kings play for the Western Conference Championship for the second straight season.  The Blackhawks are 9-2 in the 11 meetings between the two franchises in the past two season including a tough but quick 5 game series win by the Blackhawks in last years Western Conference Finals.

The Kings have come from behind in both series to get to this point so will they be energized or will their tank be close to empty? The Hawks unlike other teams in the West are known as closers so the key for the Hawks will be getting themselves a lead and then put the Kings to bed but to get there will be a huge fight. Look for another big series from the Blackhawks big guns Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews.

Both the Kings and Blackhawks have won the past two Stanley Cups so both rosters and franchises are full of winners and that has been proven with both teams reaching the Conference Finals again.

Here is the listings for this afternoon’s contest from the United Center

Game Time: 2pm Central

Radi0- WGN Radio App
