Andrew Shawis making the trip to Los Angeles and according to
Joel Quennevilleis expected back for Game #3 against the Kings Saturday night at the Staples Center. Shaw has been out since Game #1 of the Conference Semi-final after taking this hit from Minnesota Wild defenseman
Clayton Stoner.
Shaw was listed day-to-day day but since the injury lasted almost three weeks one would assume it was some sort of MCL sprain similar to what Patrick Kane suffered from when he was out about the same amount of games.

Shaw didn’t fill up the scoresheet in round one against the St. Louis Blues but its’ not just points that he brings to the table, it’s being annoying, parking his little frame in front of the net and being one of those guys people like to have around the locker room.
This is a different series but look for Shaw’s return to maybe bring the same type of energy Dave Bolland‘s return brought in 2011 in the Vancouver series. Either way Shaw is back the next question will be who does he replace?
Are you excited Shaw is returning?
