The Chicago Blackhawks took a period off in Game #2 and it cost them a 2-0 lead and now they are off to the City of Angels to try and take back the home ice advantage they lost on Wednesday night during a brutal 21 minutes of hockey.
The Blackhawks haven’t won the first road game of the series since they swept the San Jose Sharks in the Western Conference Finals in 2010 so they will be looking to reverse some history as they travel to StapleS Center to face the Kings.
The Hawks will be welcoming back Andrew Shaw to the lineup after he missed 7 games when he was injured after taking a hit from Minnesota Wild’s Clayton Stoner. Expect Shaw to be back to his normal high energy play with a dumb penalty thrown in for fun.
After Game #2 I have no feel on how this game will go but one thing is for sure Corey Crawford will bounce back from his miserable third period on Wednesday night. Here is the viewing information for tonight’s Game #3.
Game Time: 7pm
