This is when it starts to get serious for the Chicago Blackhawks because the last thing they want to do is go down 3-1 to the Los Angeles Kings but that is exactly what they are starring down in Game #4 of the Western Conference Finals.
The Kings have had the Blackhawks number in consecutive third periods and for the first then second time all playoffs the Blackhawks have lost games that they have tallied the first goal. The Blackhawks are also getting a more noticeably frustrated Corey Crawford in net.
On the flip side the Blackhawks have won their last three series that they have trailed 2-1 (St. Louis, Boston, Detroit) so this isn’t serious panic attack waters yet, but it is getting closer especially when the Jonathan Toews two first period goals wasn’t enough in Game #3.
