For the second straight game it’s do or die time for the Chicago Blackhawks as tonight they travel to the Staples Center to face off against the Los Angeles Kings in a go home game. The question for the defending champs is will it be a go home for a Game #7 or just go home for the summer.

The Blackhawks history tells us that in the Jonathon Toews/Patrick Kane era that the Hawks have only lost one Game #6 which was against the Phoenix Coyotes and Mike Smith in 2012 but that was at the United Center.  The Hawks are 8-0 on the road in Game #6’s.

The Blackhawks history means nothing if they can’t pull off another road victory against the Los Angeles Kings tonight.  The Hawks looked like they found something with the Brandon Saad, Andrew Shaw, Patrick Kane line and some momentum with the Michal Handzus overtime goal, so will all that good stuff lead to a road win?

Here are the listings for tonight’s game.
