The Chicago Blackhawks playoff season if described in one word a struggle.  From going down 0-2 to the St. Louis Blues with Brent Seabrook facing a 3 game suspension to scratching tooth and nail for every goal with the Minnesota Wild for 6 games to eventually losing in 7 games in overtime to what will most likely be the Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings it was a struggle.  There were some great highlights along the way during a heart pounding 19 game playoff stretch.  Here are some of the GIFs we made  along the way for some weekend viewing and of course a poll thrown in.

Patrick Kane finishes off the Minnesota Wild and helps the Blackhawks advance to the Western Conference Finals for the fourth time in 6 seasons with a fortunate bounce goal.

Patrick Kane with probably the best move and goal in the playoffs on any of the Blackhawks goals.  The best part of thegoal was the fake drop pass and Illya Bryzgalov didn’t have a chance.

Jonathan Toews was standing in the middle of the ice when Duncan Keith blindly threw the puck up the midde. Toews took full advantage of the situation and beat Ryan Miller for the Hawks third straight win in the series against the Blues and the win that took all the wind out of their sails.

This hit was suspension worthy but it really changed the complextion of the series.  Yes, the Blues came back to win the game but the crazy hitting toned down after this hit after the NHL told everyone to calm down. David Backes didn’t have a concussion but a hurt toe from this collision!

What is your play of the playoffs? A playoffs that came to end 7 games to early!
