3. Paul Stastny Center: Paul Stastny was a vital cog in the Avalanche’s resurgence this past season. Stastny has spent his whole career with the Avalanche. Stastny did not have best year last season because of injury but was still very productive. Stastny had 25 goals and 35 assists. According to the Hockey news, Stastny is “an excellent passer with good vision, he’s especially good in traffic.” Consistency and playing in the shadow of his father are his two major flaws. He is an excellent playmaking center.
