With the Blackhawks prospect camp happening on Sunday July 13th, this Sunday’s Morning Power Rankings is the top 10 NHL rookies last season. These rookies will be second year players next season.

10. Torey Krug Boston Bruins Defenseman: Krug was defenseman for the Boston Bruins. He appeared in 79 regular season games had 14 goals and 26 assists. He was a +18 on the season. In the playoffs Krug scored 2 goals and had 8 assists in 12 games. Krug must have overachieved this season because the Hockey news forecasts Krug as a “puck-moving depth defenseman with a little upside”.
