6. Jay Bouwmeester St. Louis Blues: Jay Bouwmeester was a steal for the St. Louis Blues when they got him from the Flames. He continues to prove the Blues right. Last season Bouwmeester racked up 4 goals, 33 assists, 37 points, and was a plus 11 rating. He finished 17th in the Norris trophy voting last year. He averaged 0.45 points per game last season which was tied for the second best of his career. Bouwmeester according to Hockey News is a mobile big minute defenseman with stellar defensive ability.
