The Blackhawks Are Taking The #IceBucketChallenge

The videos are starting to pop up all over the place and now the Blackhawks players and coach have been discovered taking the Ice Bucket Challenge.  If you haven’t heard about the ice bucket challenge it’s a social media sensation for a great cause.

The ice bucket challenge is an effort for ALS awareness and people are asked to take the ice bucket challenge or donate to ALS research.  ALS still doesn’t have a cure so the more money that is raised for research to find a cure the betters.

It’s fun watching some of the Blackhawks take the challenge and it’s for an even better cause so please remember that all the video’s and challenges is for ALS research.

If you wondering how much are these video’s working in raising money, ESPN John Buccigross has stated that over a million dollars has already been raised by the ice bucket challenge.
