2. What is going to happen to the New York Rangers? The New York Rangers made the Stanley Cup Final last season. They were defeated by the La Kings in five games. In the offseason the Rangers lost Anton Stralman, Brad Richards, Benoit Pouliot, and Brian Boyle. Stralman was their second best defensemen on the right side, Richards was their second line center, Pouliot was a third line winger who added depth, and Boyle was a fourth-line defenseman who killed penalties. The Rangers added Dan Boyle defenseman and won the free agent Kevin Hayes. This will not be enough to replace the losses the Rangers suffered.

1. Can the Los Angeles Kings repeat as Stanley Cup Champions? The La Kings are the defending the Stanley Cup Champions. Now everyone knows that the NHL is the hardest sport to repeat in. The last team to repeat was the Detroit Red Wings in 1997 and 1998. The Kings know that it is tough to repeat they were the defending Stanley Cup Champs in 2012. In the 2013 season the Blackhawks defeated them in the Western Conference Final. They returned the favor to the Blackhawks in 2014. The Kings will give it another shot.
