5. Pittsburgh Penguins 7-2-1: The much maligned Marc-Andre Fleury capped off a career week for the Penguins. He recorded two consecutive shutouts and had three shutouts in four regular season games. Fleury now has 31 career NHL shutouts. He has stopped 98 of 101 shots in the last 10 periods for the Penguins.

4. Tampa Bay Lightening 8-3-1: The Lightening have won three in a row and now are getting players back. Ryan Callahan is coming back after being out five games with an injury. Super prospect Jonathan Drouin has 1 goal and 3 assists on the season.

3. Nashville Predators 6-2-2: The Predators are off to a great start this season. The new additions have helped out the Predators with James Neal scoring seven goals, and Mike Riberio has 3 goals and 5 assists for the Predators this season. Pekka Rinne might also be returning to elite status. Rinne is 6-2-1 with a 1.97 goals against average.

2. Montreal Canadiens 8-2-1: The Canadiens have hit a bit of a rough patch, they are 1-1-1 in their last three games and only managed three goals in that stretch. Despite their poor offensive output, Carey Price has been even better, Price has posted a .952 save percentage and is 7-1-1 this season. The offense lead by Max Pacioretty needs to step up the goal production. The Canadiens only average 2.36 goals per game and they are 3 for 32 on the power play.

1. Anaheim Ducks 9-3-0: The Ducks have also hit an offensive slump. They scored four goals in their last four games. They went 2-2 in those four games. Their goal tending has been great this season. Frederik Anderson is 7-1-0 with a 1.60 goals against average. Despite the offensive woes, the Ducks Corey Perry has 10 goals on the season. QUACK! QUACK ! QUACK!
