The Chicago Blackhawks head to Montreal for an Original 6 matchup and a huge game for the Chicago Blackhawks offense.  To say that the Blackhawks offense has been sputtering would be an understatement with everyone waiting for the offense to hit it’s normal high octane self. The Blackhawks as we all know have fired a ton of shots on net without any of them getting to the back of the net. The Hawks look like they are forcing things now so a good night could be just what the doctor ordered.

Montreal is tied for first in the Atlantic Division with the Tampa Bay Lightning even with a -4 goal differential.  The Canadiens are packed with a lot of stars like the Hawks and are led by P.K. Subban and Carey Price. The real star of the team if you look at his two-way play though is Max Pacioretty. He’s great on both ends of the ice and the backbone of the Canadiens attack.

The Blackhawks need to make some adjustments in their attack but not the quantity of the attack with them leading the league in shots on goal.  The question seems to be when not if for the Blackhawks so will this be the night the Blackhawks offense breaks out and gets back on track!! Here are tonight’s listings for the Blackhawks onlyvisit to Montreal.
