Well, I had a lot of grand predictions for Sunday night’s game and they all were a waste of time when the Blackhawks were shut out for the second consecutive home game for the first time since 2006.  Nobody else had the Hawks picked to get shut out so there are no prediction winners.

The Blackhawks now head north of the border again for the third time in four games and face the Montreal Canadiens and a goalie that has the pedigree to be able to shut out the Blackhawks on home ice, but knowing the Blackhawks this will be the game they play greasy and get pucks to the back of the net.

Tonight’s Prediction- Jonathan Toews picks up his 200th career goal and Patrick Sharp the League leader in shots on goal actually gets one to the back of the net in a 3-2 Blackhawks win on the road and calms the Blackhawks fan base down a bit for the rest of the week.
