The Blackhawks have won one game against a team not named the Ottawa Senators in over two weeks (Montreal Canadiens) and they continue to chalk up L’s in the loss column at a rate that Hawks fans haven’t seen in the Toews/Kane era.

Just when everything look alright Tuesday night,  Patrick Sharp gets hurt and the Hawks blow in 2-0 lead on Friday night in a blink of an eye to pick up a loss.  The Blackhawks coach Joel Quenenville continues to change lines on a nightly basis or practice basis and almost feels like a period basis but none of it has helped the Blackhawks pick up victories.

The Blackhawks were believed to be a team that was focused on advanced stats and yet a Top 5 Corsi percentage leader Jeremy Morin can’t see the ice more than 6-8 minutes a night while tonight Andrew Shaw is playing on the second line and Marian Hossa is dropped to the third line.  All of this seems to add to the Chicago Blackhawks fans madness.

So the question is where is your Blackhawks concern level heading into tonight’s matchup against the San Jose Sharks a team that was down 3-1 last night in Dallas and only scored 4 third period goals to defeat the Stars 5-3? The Hawks weren’t suppose to be 7-6-1 14 games into the season right?

Granted if the Blackhawks win tonight everyone will be happy to start the work week off on a good note with very little concerns.
