The NHL Produced the “Road To The Winter Classic”.

Much to the dismay of many NHL fans HBO cancelled its “24/7” series year. This year “24/7” was supposed to be on the Washington Capitals and the Chicago Blackhawks. “24/7” gave NHL fans a trip into the longer room and off the ice with the two teams in the New Years Day Winter Classic game.

Well NHL fans do NOT have to be dismayed any longer. The NHL has announced that EPIX will replace “24/7”. The series will be called the ‘Road to the NHL Winter Classic’. The series is going to give NHL fans unrestricted access to the Blackhawks and Capitals on and off the ice. Fans will be follow Patrick Kane, Jonathan Toews, Alex Ovechkin, and Niklas Backstrom on there journey to the 2014 Winter Classic .

After viewing the trailer, I’m excited to see this series and will make time on Tuesday to watch it. The downside of the series will be the viewing of it. It will likely have to be viewed on a computer, tablet, and or phone. Will you watch “Road to the NHL Winter Classic”?
